Saccol Ltd. provides you with non-commitant advice and a detailed quotation for your ideal solution. In this phase, you rely especially on our expertise and technical know-how. Should you have a concrete, already worked out order, or there is an existing mould, then this phase is limited to a smooth process.


Based on the drawings, examples, prototypes, etc.,  L. Saccol Ltd. manufactures a high quality mould. Depending on the size, this takes between 2 and 10 weeks. After the manufacture of the mould, “test moulds” are made to which improvements and refinements are constantly made until an optimal result is reached.


After the client’s definite approval, the production process is started. Through all of the phases, we maintain the highest quality demands. Small end products could be finished off further, or assembled, if desired. The deliveries can be supplied by  L. Saccol Ltd.
